Returns
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles or opened products.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We will review your claim and provide a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges.
Refunds
Refunds are issued at the discretion of Cozy Candles By Court and are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
