Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During high-volume periods, product launches, sales, and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Cozy Candles By Court is not responsible for delays caused by:

- Carrier service interruptions
- Incorrect shipping information
- High-volume shipping periods
- Circumstances beyond our control
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Cozy Candles By Court is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Cozy Candles By Court is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is missing, please contact the carrier directly and file a claim if necessary.
Damaged Orders
We take great care when packaging our products. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review your claim and work to provide a resolution.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for select orders. Please contact us before placing your order for availability and pickup arrangements.
